Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns or exchanges of the following products within 60 days of purchase:
- any 8 oz. or 16 oz. color or clear finish (a restocking fee may apply to leaking or used bottles)
- unopened 2 oz. and 4 oz. colors and clear finishes*
- unopened adhesives, kits or tools*
- unopened filler*
- unopened cleaner*
Sorry, we do not accept returns of:
- opened cleaner, filler, 2 oz. or 4 oz. colors or clear finishes, or adhesives,
- colors that have been modified,
- Custom Colors.
*PLEASE NOTE: The shipping cost to return / exchange a single unopened 2 oz. color, 2 oz. clear, 4 oz. clear, 1 oz. filler, or cleaner may cost more than the product itself and result in little or no refund or exchange credit.
Our cost to ship each order is more than what you paid, and we will recoup the difference on any return or exchange. For example:
- If you paid $12 for UPS 2nd Day Air, our cost was actually $20, and we'll recoup the $8 difference.
- If you paid $7.95 Flat Rate Priority Mail, our cost was actually $9-$15.

I watched all the videos and knew it would be easy and would look really good.
I just still can't believe it really worked and really looks like a brand new couch!!

I used rubber gloves and a sponge (purchased the one recommended in brochure that came with paint). Applied paint to sponge (comes out of bottle like a water, not to thick). Tried using straight lines across hot tub cover the 1st & 2nd thin layers applied. 3rd and 4th layers applied, I used a circular motion.
The product was everything it says it is. Love the color now :))
After some water damage to one of our leather couch cushions I was ready to get rid of the set. Then I found Rub 'n Restore.. I was super skeptical, but thought it was worth a shot. OH MY GOSH it was so easy and looks great! AND it only took about a half hour (most of that was waiting to be sure it was dry between layers). A huge shout-out to Rub ‘n Restore, Inc. for walking me through this process, helping select the right colors (a mixture of Mahogany and Walnut) and convincing me I could do this! Seriously amazing! I'm so thrilled! Not bad for a Monday morning!
Boy, I am sold! I was surprised at how easy your products really are to use. Before I made my purchase, I watched your how-to videos, which gave me confidence the Rub ‘N Restore products were what I needed for my furniture. I was a little worried the Mahogany Dye was going to have to much red in it, but once it dried it was almost a perfect match. I put Clear Prep Finish on and it blended beautifully. My furniture almost looks like new. Thank you for bringing us products and giving us instructions that are easy enough for the non talented, like myself, to use.
