Orders received before 10 am MST on weekdays (excluding US holidays) are typically processed that same day. This is not a guarantee.

You will receive an automated email with tracking number. Check your spam. Please secure your package in a timely fashion to avoid freezing during winter months. 

We offer Route Protection to cover loss from theft, damage or misdelivery. You may opt out of this service, but we are not responsible for any losses incurred.

If your package is refused or returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, we’ll reach out to confirm the correct address and invoice you for any return and re-delivery fees. If you choose to cancel the order instead, we’ll issue a refund minus the shipping, return costs, and credit card fees as per our return / cancellation policy.

Shipping within the USA

Free Shipping, Rates, Carriers & Timelines

Most domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise requested. Packages over 5 lbs. may be shipped via UPS.

  • USA orders $100 or more qualify for free shipping or discounted UPS rates.*
  • USA orders under $100 are quoted real-time rates.

Since COVID, carriers have suspended their service guarantees. We are not responsible for delays and cannot refund shipping costs.

  • Priority Mail: 2-5 business days
  • UPS Ground: 5-6 business days
  • UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days (excluding the day it was shipped) and is not guaranteed
  • UPS Next Day Air: next business day (not necessarily Saturday) and is guaranteed

For example, an order shipped UPS 2nd Day Air on Friday with a Monday holiday means the package will not arrive until the following Wednesday.

*Exclusions:

Color matching services, color swatches, consultations, and sales tax do not count toward order totals. Coupon codes may also reduce the order value and result in a shipping charge.

Orders shipped via UPS require a physical address, not a PO box.
