Shipping Policy

  • Orders received before 10 am MST on weekdays (excluding US holidays) are typically shipped same-day. This is not a guarantee. 
  • You will receive an automated email with tracking number.

  • Due to COVID delays:
    • US Priority Mail claims cannot be created until 15 days after shipment, and most arrive within three weeks. We will assist 21 days after shipment if your order has not arrived, but not before then.
    • UPS' Service / Money Back Guarantee only applies to Next Day Air services until further notice. We are not responsible for delays and cannot refund shipping costs for their other services like 2nd Day Air. 

Free Shipping, Rates, Carriers & Timelines

Most domestic orders are shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail unless otherwise requested. Packages over 6 lbs. may be shipped via UPS.

  • US orders over $45 get free shipping.*
  • US orders between $25 and $45 pay $5-$7.*
  • US orders under $25 pay $7-$9.*
  • Colorado customers pay a state-mandated retail delivery fee for all items shipped and delivered by motor vehicle.

Carriers have suspended their service guarantees due to COVID. We are not responsible for delays and cannot refund shipping costs.

  • Priority Mail typically arrives within 2-4 business days.
  • UPS Ground is up to 5 business days, excluding the day it was shipped.
  • UPS 3 Day Select is 3 business days, excluding the day it was shipped.
  • UPS 2nd Day Air 2 business days, excluding the day it was shipped.
  • UPS Next Day Air services are delivered next day and guaranteed.

For example: an order shipped UPS 2nd Day Air on a Friday with a Monday holiday means the package may not arrive until the following Wednesday.

*Exclusions:

Color matching services, color swatches, and sales tax do not count toward order totals.

Coupon codes may also reduce the order value and result in a shipping charge.

Shipping to Canada & Mexico

WARNING: Goods and services tax (GST), provincial sales tax (PST), value-added tax (VAT or IVA), disbursement fees, and duties will be assessed by the Canadian and Mexican governments.

Shipping to a business for commercial use may incur more duties and taxes than personal use.
