Shipping Information
We LOVE the US Postal Service! However, there have been significant delays due to COVID. If you need faster delivery, choose UPS options at checkout, but they have also suspended their Service / Money Back Guarantee until further notice. We are not responsible for delays and cannot refund shipping costs.
Shipping Policy
- Orders received before 10 am MST on weekdays (excluding holidays) are typically shipped same-day. This is not a guarantee.
- You will receive an automated email with tracking number.
- Please secure your package in a timely fashion to avoid freezing during winter months.
- Due to COVID, political shenanigans, and winter weather, there have been significant delays.
- US Priority Mail claims cannot be created until 15 days after shipment, and most arrive within three weeks. We will assist 21 days after shipment if your order has not arrived but not before then.
- UPS has suspended their Service / Money Back Guarantee until further notice. We are not responsible for delays and cannot refund shipping costs, even on expedited services.
Free Shipping, Rates & Carriers
Most domestic orders are shipped US Postal Service Priority Mail unless otherwise requested.
- US orders over $45 get free shipping.*
- US orders between $25.01 and $44.99 pay $7.*
- US orders under $25 pay $9.*
Packages over 8 lbs. as well as Canadian and international orders are typically shipped via UPS.
*Exclusions:
Color matching services, color swatches, and sales tax do not count toward order totals.
Coupon codes may also reduce the order value resulting in shipping cost.

Shipments to Canada & Mexico
WARNING: Goods and services tax (GST), provincial sales tax (PST), value-added tax (VAT or IVA), disbursement fees, and duties will be assessed by the Canadian and Mexican governments.
Our products are enrolled with the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) to minimize duties for North American customers. Rub 'n Restore®, Inc. is not responsible for any duties or fees.
- Check with the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) or the Mexican Customs Agency to obtain duty rates.
- Check UPS' customs clearance and shipping and importing rates for info about other fees.
All orders are shipped via UPS and need a physical address, not a PO box. We do not have permission from international postal services to ship chemical finishes through the mail. The post also takes longer and is not guaranteed.

Shipping to a business for commercial use may incur more duties and taxes than personal use.
We are not responsible for items damaged due to freezing. Please track your package, and secure it promptly upon delivery.
Other International Shipments
Customers outside North America will pay ~US$50 in shipping, not including duties or taxes. Even so, our international customers find this expense to be well worth the final result and ultimately less costly than reupholstery or replacement.

- UPS Worldwide Saver - Delivery is generally 1-3 business days to more than 215 countries and territories.
- UPS Worldwide Expedited - Delivery is generally 2-5 business days to more than 70 countries and territories.
Rub 'n Restore® is considered an "arts and crafts" item, which is not taxed by many countries. Rub 'n Restore, Inc. is not responsible for any of these duties or tariffs. Check with your country's customs office to determine how much you may be assessed.
The only documents we can provide to government agencies are Safety Data Sheets. We do not have an ISO certificate.
