This product is fantastic - (I am now mourning an older leather couch that my father in law owned that we gave away because we didn't know how to make it look better). It was so simple to use - do exactly as you are told by Lesandre. Follow the directions, watch the videos and you can't possibly go wrong. I am now in the process of doing another white chair and we ended up being game enough to purchase a second hand double recliner that was in rough shape because I am confident I could repair and restore it. I did it over an evening with good light and a couple of red wines. I highly recommend it (the red wine too!)

Life saver with kids!!
Our couches were given to us after they were put into storage with plastic over them and had yellowed. I’ve been wishing we could see them in their prime for years now! I knew they were in crumby condition but when compared to how they look now I didn’t realize how bad they had gotten!
It’s definitely scary seeing it go on! It’s like watery paint! But then the water dried and just the color is left. I did two couches and it took a little over an hour for each one. A large bottle (yes it needs lots of layers but not as much when covering lighter colors) it lasted for both couches but not the backside of the one against the wall so I’m getting...More

Overall it’s amazing!! Texture after feels chalky at first when compared to the greasy old seats but already smoother after a day. Maybe it’s nice with the clear sealer but I way prefer a matte finish so I won’t be using the clear coat.
I’m trying to think of all the other couches I can do this to now!!

I ordered the dye, repair kit, cleaner and sealer. The shipping was super fast too! Once my patches were dry and ready I started dying the couches, it was sooooo easy! It took a couple of hours to do each one because you want to put a few coats on, but the couches didn’t take long to dry at all. I did it right in my living room. The new color “Honey” is FABULOUS! The sample swatch I got was identical to how the couches turned out. I couldn’t be happier! Thank you Rub n Restore for making such amazing products, and for taking time to make all the videos to show us how to do this!!

Almost Like Magic
My pontoon boat seats were badly in need of restoration. A couple were severely sun-damaged with a few holes (dog nail damage) that I needed to patch. For all but the most severely damaged, the result was amazing. I need to do more work and/or replace the vinyl in a couple of instances. The picture is before/after on a pad that was pretty sun-burned. On the top/most exposed to sun surfaces, I used the fill to put a thin coat on the entire surface with great results. Thanks for solving at least most of my vinyl problem.

Everything I Hoped for!
My family left behind two months of grease, grime and ground in ink marks in my beautiful beige leather. I was devastated, But after cleaning it and applying Rub n Restore my sectional looks NEW! I’m getting ready to color match my sisters leather and completely amaze her.

I LOVE LOVE this team and product! I bought a hot tub since we have to stay home during these times. The only one that was available was this bright green one. Unless you wanted to spend 3-4 times more. I was going t to spray paint it but then came across RubNRestore. I emailed them with my project and questions and they told me what to get and HOW to do everything. I had to get Clear Prep+Finish™ Conditioning Sealer and the pigment color Slate. I was a little worried because sometimes they make things look too easy. Well with the help from Lesandre I was able to make a cheap hot tub look super nice.. After using a product on my black plastic trim on my two vehicles, it left white spots that would not come off. I called that company who told me to use rubbing compound or very high grit sandpaper, nothing worked. I called Rub and Restore and they told me exactly what to do and I bought a bottle of their black dye. It worked perfectly! Bought this product with a bit of skepticism that it could restore our leather couch which had seen a lot of use of the years. I stand corrected. The application was easy and the results are fabulous. Our couch looks new again.

I've nearly completed an auto seat repair and the product and training video I watched seem to be going as planned. Most everything is better the more experience you have but this seemed easy from the start.

I bought a Natuzi leather couch on Craigslist for $150 because I have pets and didn't want to spend a fortune on new only to have it thrashed. It was well built but had some discoloration and scratching. A friend suggested I recondition it and I found rub & retire videos on YouTube. Seemed too good to be true but I ordered it. Got my shipment in a few days, and after a few hours it was like I had a brand new couch. It's absolutely foolproof and felt like magic. It is the single most rewarding diy project I ever have done. I'll never buy new leather again.

I used this on 4 cracked leather chairs that I thought I'd have to replace and now they're smooth and look new. The excellent instruction videos on the website made it easy to apply the product correctly and a small jar was enough for the whole project. I wish I'd taken before photos so I can show you how well it worked.
My leather Corvette seat needed repair. Something got in it that ruined the finish. Instead of the glossy black appearance, it was grey and flat. One treatment and the seat looks new. It was easy to use and the stuff works. As important, the RNR person I spoke with was as helpful and professional as they come. 5 well-earned, un-inflated, no-flattery, well-deserved stars.
