Clear Prep+Finish for Leather

Mix Clear Prep+Finish™ with any color to make a more transparent glaze and use for:

• priming absorbent aniline or top-grain leather;
• printing, marbling or burnishing to create a distressed or antiqued appearance;
• or for a satin or semi-gloss finish.

Use alone for a glossy finish (leather only). Do not use if you desire a matte finish.

NOTE: Mixing Clear Prep+Finish™ into colors that contain a lot of yellow, red, blue or green pigment (Buckskin, Butterscotch, Camel, Cognac, Mustard, Chocolate, Brick, Rust, Cherrywood, Red Chili, Wine, Plum, Midnight Blue, Storm Blue, Lagoon, Sea Foam and Pine) may result in a more vivid hue than simply using Clear Prep+Finish™ alone as a topcoat.

Do not use as a topcoat on vinyl or on any fabric, suede, nubuck, bonded or faux leather. Store at room temperature.Click here for SDS (Safety Data Sheet).

2 oz. covers ~ 15 – 20 square feet
4 oz. covers ~ 30 – 40 square feet
8 oz. covers ~ 60 – 80 square feet
16 oz. covers ~ 120 – 160 square feet

• want to dilute color to create a marbled, distressed, or burnished appearance;
• or want a shiny finish.

Return & Exchange Policy

All products, except Custom Colors, may be returned within 60 days of purchase if unopened.

PLEASE NOTE, it may be cost prohibitive to return the following:

• a 2 oz. color,
• a 2 oz. or 4 oz. clear,
• a 1 oz. filler,
• or cleaner.
