This product is amazing! We purchased a new hot tub cover and didn’t like the color when it came . When researching how to change the color, we came across Rub n Restore. We read so many reviews and were still very hesitant. Decided to at least try it.
I used rubber gloves and a sponge (purchased the one recommended in brochure that came with paint). Applied paint to sponge (comes out of bottle like a water, not to thick). Tried using straight lines across hot tub cover the 1st & 2nd thin layers applied. 3rd and 4th layers applied, I used a circular motion.
The product was everything it says it is. Love the color now :))

This is an incredible product that works exactly how they say it does. It made our worn out sofa and love seat look brand new! It was also very easy to use and they give you everything you need to complete your job in a very short amount of time.

I wanted to let you know what a great job the Rub 'n Restore did on my husband's recliner. It looks like new! I mixed mahogany with just a few drops of cherrywood and it matched perfectly! I buffed with a soft cloth after it was dry and you cannot tell at all where I recolored the faded leather. So glad I found your website!

The product worked amazing for my chairs, couldn’t believe the difference, would definitely recommend, however my only problem was that being from Canada did not like the hidden charges I incurred....ended up very expensive...

Our 20 year old Flexsteel forest green analine dyed sofa is still in good shape but was badly sun faded. A request for a color sample was quickly acted on, with various coats, clear top coat shown so I knew what to expect. Using a sponge, I applied one coat of forest green, and it looked good but was too matte a finish. Another coat of a mix of1/3 color and 2/3 clear coat gave just the right sheen, and the leather feels soft and supple, as it always has-- there's no stiffness. In spite of using drop cloths, newspapers, etc. etc., 3 drops of color got on the carpet but a fast flooding with water, and mopping up with clean rags took care of the problem. I've tried other recoloring products in the past, but those gave temporary results, and nothing as dramatic as what I was able to achieve over 2 days. I highly recommend the product and the customer service.

Unbelievable the before and after. This is the second time I’ve bought this product but I would definitely recommend the flite spray cleaning bottle as a good cleaner prior to applying this product ... removing dirt and oil will only make the product work that much better!

I didn't have good results with beige over wine. it seems to rub off.
It worked well with the pigmented leather that was beige.
