Soft Filler is a water-based repair compound. Use a heat lamp, incandescent bulb or sunny window to cure filler until clear and no longer tacky. Do not use hair dryers or heat guns. Keep refrigerated when not in use.
Color will be needed to conceal the repairs. Do not used alcohol-based dyes or finishes over Soft Filler.

Great product, easy to use if you follow the instructions properly. Used on 19 year old leather vehicle seats out of a junk yard and they turned out as close to new as possible with old very worn and ripped seats. Shown are front drivers and passenger seats have not got to the backseat yet.

This product is fantastic. I had professionals look at the rips in our leather recliner and they said buy a new one and wouldn't touch it. Very happy with this product! I was swindled into buying a “leather” couch. 3 years in and the couch started to peel. Chili pepper dye, soft filler and glaze was perfect. Trick is to go slow, plan on many days to do it right, and don’t over texture. I will be a returning customer! Before, during, and after below!

Attached are the pictures from my couch. It took me a couple of weeks and it came out OK....Not perfect as it was so bad I really should have had to tops of the cushions replaced. I would give it 4 stars, as I did not find it very sandable. Thanks

I was skeptical that I could pull this off. I have two love seats that had several cracks in the vinyl and in need of new color. I had considered having them reupholstered but the cost is so high. I made the repairs with the Soft Filler then recolored them with the Walnut Dye. I finished up with the Clear Prep and Finish and I couldn’t be happier with the results!

I think this product is great. Does a wonderful job. Didn’t understand why the furniture dealer couldn’t do this. So much for extended warranties! And Bobs furniture! I followed the directions and my couch turned out like new.. Good match also, so worth the money!

I had bought the sub patch and filler kits. The sub patch kit worked great and the filler kit just as well. I had everything I needed to fix my leather sofa from a reckless child with a cigarette. And then I used the filler to go over some stitching that we had done on said sofa as one of the seams was coming apart. After the stitching was done you could see a little bit so I used the filler over the stitching and then colored it my paint. It looks great.

I used this to repair my vinyl boat seats, arm of a leather chair, and the leather steering wheel of a 42 year old car. Works as advertised and very easy to use. You just have to take your time and make several passes vs one large application.

I repaired two vinyl chairs and an ottoman using the filler. It works, but it is very tricky to match the texture of the original vinyl. My patches of filler turned out to be too smooth with creases or lines at the edges. While working with it, I noticed that if you take off the gloves and use your fingertips to feather and texture the filler, it matches better. With the dye it still looks a lot better than before!!
