The Rust worked! 2 oz. restored most of the ottoman. I'm ordering more for the rest of the furniture.

I started my project and it's going great! This is the couch, which was the most damaged, with two coats of 2/3rds Cherrywood, 1/3rd Mahogany.
I finished with a glaze of 2 parts dye 1 part Clear.
My friends are loving the progress!

I primed with clear prep and finish, then complete base of Mahogany, then I did a glaze with clear prep and Cherrywood and tried to a a mottled look with the cherrywood as your video demonstrates, but it was too pronounced. So I quickly wiped it all down with a sponge with clear prep on it and I got the two tone with Mahogany base and Cherrywood highlights. I topped it with one coat of clear prep and finish.
We think it turned out really well. We paid $4,000 for this sectional brand new and the surface broke down soon after we bought it and it became a mess. We are very happy with the “new” sectional that we have again! Your product is ...More

I am thrilled with the whole process! I emailed the before pics and received a prompt email back with suggestions and advice. The project was easy to complete with all the information on the website, even for a newbie like me who spontaneously decided that I need my comfy leather chair back in my bedroom during COVID quarantine, but not looking like it did. 2 years ago I used this on my spa cover. Now it was time to do it again. Each time I use it, it gives me more life out of the cover. It's now over 5 years old & with this dye I'll get 2 more years. Maybe I'll be using one more time to get 10 years out of this cover.
It's a good product, & easy to apply.

Rub N Restore is truly miraculous!! Even better than advertised. I was ready to throw the chairs out - they were looking so ratty. Bringing my old chairs back to life during my Covid-19 isolation was a great use of my extra time. The customer service was excellent and my products arrived so quickly, even during the pandemic that I was amazed. I give the ladies 6 out of 5 stars for excellence.

I used your products on my couches and loved how they turned out! I only needed to utilize one bottle of the peppercorn and have quite a bit leftover, and the entire second bottle has not been touched. I truly appreciate the quick responses I have gotten from you throughout this process. Have been using the couches regularly with no dye transfer or issues at all. Highly recommend!

This stuff is amazing! I have an old (semi?) aniline leather couch with water spots, stains, pen marks, cat scratches, and some sun rot. It seemed beyond hope, but after reading so many great reviews, I decided to give it a try while "sheltering in place". Per recommendations, I sanded down the cushions I was testing this on, used 3 coats of clear prep + finish, and then did several coats of beige. I'm not sure yet if I'm going to do another coat of the clear for added gloss, but the comparison already speaks for itself!
It took me a few hours to do 2 cushions, but with the state of them to begin with, that seems very reasonable.

Wow! It’s amazing the turn out. My leather sofa and love seat came out like new. It was so easy to apply with a small sponge. I had to show everyone and they couldn’t believe the big difference in the color. Great product.

The reconditioning went absolutely PERFECT!!! I absolutely could not be happier, really!!! The color is a PERFECT MATCH!!! The couch looks absolutely brand new!!! You absolutely cannot tell where the worn areas were that were re-dyed by Rub-n-Restore!!! By-the-way, the couch is 8-years old.
Actually, I did NOT use the Clear Prep + Finish! In pre-experimenting, I noticed that I needed the full strength Dye to get to get the coverage, as you mentioned might happen in your published directions. I had pre-cleaned with alcohol and 409. The reason I spent so much time looking here, is that I wanted someone to talk to face-to-face and maybe see some actual examples of re-dying before somewhat going with blind hope on Google!!! I was most impressed by your website and so here we are, with you with a very happy customer!!! You have an excellent website!!!

I bought a leather sectional at a thrift store for $98 bucks. It was so gross and dirty, I literally threw the leather covers into the washing machine as there just wasn't any other way to get them clean. But...after cleaning it and then using the Rub n Restore, I couldn't be more pleased!
