Followed directions but made vinyl look dull and worn. Was hoping for a shiny finish. Worked ok on seat belts but I would not recommend on your vinyl.

Was a bit skeptical, but was ready to donate old Copenhagen leather recliner that had been my father’s favorite for 40 years. Never liked the gold color so it was worth the try. THIS IS SO AMAZING that it took this 65 year old only 90 minutes and 3 coats to get a new beautiful chair. All the tucks, folds, seams, buttons, just a bit of patience and VOILA! Still have plenty left in case it needs a touch up down the road. Thank you so much.

Did not cover as well as I thought it would. I bought beige for my beige leather sofa. It took 3 coats and I can see the scratches and discoloration coming right through. It's only been a few weeks.

Have a weathered vinyl hot tub cover. Was easy to put on and covered well in 2 coats but does nothing to repair the look of the vinyl. All the cracks and lines still present. Would have liked a product that would have given me a smooth surface

Twenty years ago I bought a peachy tan leather couch in a consignment store. I’ve never really liked the color, but the couch has been in good shape. I’m really pleased how this turned out! I used three coats of chili red, then mixed some cherrywood, chili red, and clear prep and finish to add a bit of mottling.
Then I was at a thrift store and bought a leather foot stool for $6.98. Since I still had some chili red left, I decided to try to make it match the couch. This product did exactly what it said it would! I had about thrown the towel in on my leather dining chairs, thought my only option was to recover the leather. This was very easy, what took me the longest was going around the brass nails. My husband was shocked! My father-n-law, who worked at Drexel Heritage Furniture for 30 years, said they looked better now then when they were new! I finished my sofa project on Saturday and we cannot believe how well it turned out! It's like we have a new sofa. As you promised, mixing colors and experimenting with them was not all complicated and the application process was a breeze. I ended up using 1 part Espresso to 1 part Cherrywood. Thank you again for your guidance and encouragement over the phone. It is definitely one of the most satisfying DIY projects I have done. We brought a favorite leather briefcase back to life too.

This product is amazing! It does exactly what it says and was very easy. I was thinking my only choice to save my leather dining chairs was to recover them. Then I ran across Rub N Restore, it really saved my chairs! My father- n-law, who worked for Drexel Heritage Furniture for 30 years, said they look better now then when we first got them. I had used this marine white paint on our pontoon boat seats in Florida and was stunned by how easy it was to use and the end result. My seats were stained,worn and looked horrible. I had previously paid a professional restorer to fix them. They looked great until the first time someone sat on them and it all came off.
I applied this product myself and was shocked at how easy it was to use. The end result is that all my seats now look BRAND NEW !!!!!
