How to mask different-colored stitching, piping, embroidery or panels?

Our finishes are the viscosity of milk, and you’ll find they bleed underneath masking tape. They’ll also stain most seams and embroidery. The best approach is to simply cut-in these areas with an angled artist’s brush just as you would a room in your home. Work in tandem with a damp sponge to feather the brush line before the color dries. This video demonstrates at minute 2:52. Often you can get away with just one coat of cutting-in.
