Welcome to Rub 'n Restore, Inc. Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before accessing or utilizing https://rubnrestore.com (the "Service") operated by Rub ’n Restore, Inc. ("us," "we," or "our"). By using our Service, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to customer satisfaction. If you submit an evaluation, follow our recommended guidelines, and allow us to troubleshoot issues, we will refund your purchase if you are unsatisfied with the results. Note that we cannot guarantee results on bonded or faux leather due to its inherent defects. CHANGING COLOR USUALLY REQUIRES TOUCH-UPS, AND COMPLETE SATISFACTION IN SUCH CASES IS NOT GUARANTEED OR WARRANTED.

3. Color Satisfaction Policy

RUB ’N RESTORE, INC. DOES NOT WARRANTY FINAL COLOR RESULTS, except for Custom Color Service orders, and only when the provided sample is from the same material and piece or set. Many samples may have a two-toned, base-and-print, or marbled effect. By using our products, you accept our expertise and grant us creative flexibility to mix a single color that will blend well. Achieving the desired result is the user's responsibility. Our guarantee is void if the user does not follow our recommendations, instructions, and troubleshooting guidelines. We are not liable for any labor costs, devaluation, or damages resulting from product use.

4. Permitted Use of Product

Our products are intended exclusively for use on leather as defined in Title 16, Chapter I, Subchapter B, Part 24 of the Code of Federal Regulations as well as vinyl (PVC). Do not use our products on any of the following materials, which are excluded from our warranty:

If a customer uses the product on a material falsely believing it to be genuine leather, Rub 'n Restore, Inc. is not liable for any resulting damages.

5. Prohibited Activities

By using our Service, you agree not to engage in prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

  • Using the Service for unlawful activities or to solicit unlawful acts.
  • Violating any applicable regulations.
  • Infringing upon our intellectual property or the rights of others.
  • Harassing, discriminating, or infringing upon protected characteristics.
