Shipping Policy

Orders received before 10 am MST on weekdays (excluding US holidays) are typically processed that same day. This is not a guarantee.

You will receive an automated email with tracking number. Check your spam. Please secure your package in a timely fashion to avoid freezing during winter months. 

Delivery & Damage Protection (DDP) covers loss due to theft, damage, or misdelivery. It is required for phone orders and Custom Color orders. If placing an order through our website, you may opt out, but we are not liable for any losses.

If your package is refused or returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, we’ll reach out to confirm the correct address and invoice you for any return and re-delivery fees. If you choose to cancel the order instead, we’ll issue a refund minus the shipping, return costs, and credit card fees as per our return / cancellation policy.

Shipping to the USA

Free Shipping, Rates, Carriers & Timelines to the USA

Most domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise requested. Packages over 5 lbs. may be shipped via UPS. If you have a physical address and PO box, please include both to ensure delivery of your package.

  • USA orders $100 or more qualify for free shipping.*
  • USA orders under $100 are quoted real-time rates.

We are not responsible for delays and cannot refund shipping costs except UPS Next Day Air.

  • Priority Mail: 2-5 business days
  • UPS Ground: 5-6 business days
  • UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days (excluding the day it was shipped) is not guaranteed
  • UPS Next Day Air: next business day (not necessarily Saturday) is guaranteed

For example, an order shipped UPS 2nd Day Air on Friday with a Monday holiday means the package will not arrive until the following Wednesday.

*Exclusions:

Color matching services, color swatches, consultations, and sales tax do not count toward order totals.

Real-time prices are quoted based upon the destination postal code and weight of items in the cart.

Use coupon code internationalCLUB (case and space sensitive) to discount 8 oz. or 16 oz. bottles of color.

Opt for Delivery & Damage Protection (DDP) to ensure against damage, loss or theft in transit.

Orders shipped via UPS require a physical address, not a PO box. 

  • UPS Worldwide Saver: 1-3 business days
  • UPS Worldwide Expedited: 2-5 business days
  • Priority Mail Express International: 3-5 business days
  • Priority Mail International: 6-10 business days

We are not responsible for delays and cannot refund shipping costs.

Your government may assess 5%-15% tax on our products. UPS  also charges entry or brokerage fees where the Postal Service may not. Duties, taxes, and fees are not included in shipping costs, and Rub 'n Restore®, Inc. is not responsible.

Delivery & Damage Protection (DDP) Policy

If you paid for Delivery & Damage Protection (DDP) and your order is lost, stolen, or damaged, file a claim, and we’ll promptly send a replacement or refund according to the policy below.

WHAT IS COVERED

Lost, Misdelivered & Stolen Packages

A package is considered lost if tracking shows no delivery and there has been no update for:

  • Domestic: 5+ days
  • International: 10+ days

A package is considered misdelivered or stolen if tracking shows delivered but it has not been received for:

  • Domestic: 5+ days
  • International: 10+ days

Claim window:

  • Domestic: File between 5–30 days from the last tracking or delivery update.
  • International: File between 10–30 days from the last tracking or delivery update.
  • Claims outside these windows may be denied.

Damaged Items

An item is considered damaged if it arrives crushed, broken, or unusable.

  • Photo evidence is required to process claims.
  • In most cases, damaged items do not need to be returned. Please dispose of them as per the instructions provided.

Claim window: File within 30 days of delivery. Claims outside this window may be denied.

WHAT ISN’T COVERED

Incorrect Address

DDP does not cover incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.

  • Before shipping: Contact us to correct the address.
  • After shipping: Contact the carrier for an intercept request.

Return to Sender

DDP does not cover packages returned due to:

  • Invalid / undeliverable address
  • Customer refusal

Rescheduled Deliveries

If a carrier reschedules delivery, the package is still in transit. Contact the carrier for updates.

Tracking Updated After Claim Submission

If the tracking is updated after filing a claim, the package may arrive. The claim will be put on hold for up to 5 days.

Customs Holds

DDP does not cover packages held in customs due to paperwork issues, unpaid fees, or taxes. Contact the carrier or customs office for resolution.

Sanctioned Regions

DDP is not available in Afghanistan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Libya, Moldova, North Korea, Pakistan, Russia, Somalia, Syria, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, or Yemen.

Shipping Delays

DDP does not cover shipping delays except UPS Next Day Air. If Next Day Air isn’t delivered the next business day, we will refund the shipping cost.

Late Claims

All claims must be filed within 30 days of the last tracking update. Claims outside this window may be denied.

REPLACEMENTS & REFUNDS

Replacements

If you choose a replacement, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a new order number and tracking details once processed. Custom Colors require one additional business day to process.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 1-3 business days. DDP fees are non-refundable.
