Return & Exchange Policy
What can be returned:
- Unopened items may be returned within 60 days of purchase.
- We do not accept returns on opened items or Custom Colors.
Shipping costs:
We recoup actual shipping costs on all returns. If you request a return label, the cost will be deducted from your refund. Note that returning smaller items may cost more than they're worth — factor this in before requesting a return. Exchanges may incur additional shipping costs.
Fees: Damage & Delivery Protection and platform-associated fees are non-refundable. If you paid with Afterpay or Klarna, you are responsible for paying any remaining balance owed to them.
Incorrect or refused delivery: If a package is refused or returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, we'll confirm the correct address and invoice you for return and re-delivery fees. If you cancel instead, your refund will be issued minus shipping, return, and credit card fees.
Damaged or lost returns: We are not liable for loss by the carrier or damage caused by inadequate packaging.
Custom Color exchanges: Include a sample of the material and a completed Color Matching Request form.
Processing: Within 1 business day of receiving your return, you'll receive either an email detailing your refund, or an invoice for any applicable shipping or customization fees. Unpaid invoices will be cancelled and the order refunded after 5 business days.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel an order, call 888-704-5571 or reply to your order confirmation email.
- Before your order ships: we'll issue an immediate refund.
- After your order has shipped: we can request a carrier interception for a fee. The fee will be deducted from your refund or exchange.
- Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal orders: a 3% processing fee will be deducted from any refund, as this fee is not returned to us by the payment processor.
- Custom Colors: once we've begun formulation, the order can no longer be cancelled.
