The process is easy if you take your time and follow the instructions. Don't get me wrong, I spent a lot of time to get to the end result, but I am thrilled with how the couches look now. I ultimately chose this product due to the great tutorial videos (especially those addressing cat damage). One caveat: I had hundreds of decorative nail heads and the product description for the steel wool says to paint over the heads and then use it to remove to remove the product. Apparently that guidance has changed and I didn't realize until it was too late. I spent hours removing the stain and ultimately it did mostly come off, but it was the worst part of the whole project. Read the pamphlet that you receive to understand the nail head instructions prior to painting over them!

Had to share!! It's hard work but worked like a gem! I only used about 1/5th of the 16 oz bottle, unbelievable! This was three coats. Yesā¦I could have done more to make it āperfectā, but my back was shot at this point and I was happy enough! I plan to lay a faux hide across it, so I am letting it cure for a week first.

I previously tried leather dies offered by Amazon. None of them covered and they did not adhere to the leather's surface. When I applied Rub'nRestore, I was pleased that it covered bare spots readily. It also passed the adhesion test. When I rubbed it a few days later, none of the color came rubbed off. Success at last.

33 year old cushions that had unremovable mildew stains. Several coats of the Marine White made them look brand new. Saved me from replacing the cushions.

I was pleasantly surprised by the ease of use and quality of the results in restoring a leather purse to its original color. The Eggplant Vinyl & Leather finish was a spot-on color match. It took less than an hour to complete, and the application dried almost immediately.

Used this on a club chair. Unbelievable. I feel like I have a brand new $900 chair. Researched a lot of products. This by far does exactly what it says and so easy to use. I did have samples sent so I knew exactly what my finish chair would look like and it did not lie!

Unfortunately I did not take before and after pictures but my leather sofa is over 10 years old and was looking a little scratched and worn. Never trying this before I read previous reviews and let me tell this product delivers just what they say it will do. If it doesnāt you probably have done something wrong. I bought both the Mahogany and the clear & protect sofa now looks like new spent way than I would have on a new sectional. These products are fabtsstic

I was about to change my pedicure chair just because I did not like the color and it did not match with the colors I wanted for my at home nail business. I searched the internet and found this on YouTube. I was a bit skeptical but with all the positive reviews and YouTube video I gave it a shot. I am so glad I did. I saved my chair and gave it a make over. I used Ash on the Brown seat cover and it covered that brown so well that I am shocked. I love it! I would definitely recommend this product and it was affordable. I used an 8oz bottle and used about a little less then half. It was easy to apply. I would suggest to switch the sponge to a cl...More

I did not put a clear over because I wanted the matte look not the shiny. Now I just have to call and find out what can I use to disinfect my chair between clients without messing up the paint. Good thing I have some left over. Love this product! It did exactly what I needed and wanted.

Amazing product! It has delayed the inevitable for an additional 4 years on our 22 year old leather sofa and chairs. My wife wasn't happy when I did the first repair because she wanted new furniture but she even said, the furniture looks so much better. I took a lot of jokes from my kids about painting the furniture but none of the color rubs off on your clothes like everyone said it would. It still looks great but the leather has thinned to a point that I couldn't keep up with the dogs nails so we just ordered a new leather couch and chairs. Unfortunately it won't be delivered for another 4 or 5 months so I'm ordering one more time this mir...More

I purchased the 8oz cognac, 4 oz tobacco, and 4 oz sealer to refinish a beautiful but older Bernhardt sofa that my daughter gave my dad. After procrastinating for a couple monthsš¤¦š¼āāļø, I tackled what I thought would be a hard job, even though I watched all the videos. To my delight, 2 hours later, the sofa looks great! I even did a few repairs on cat scratches as recommended, but in the end, the Rubnrestore camouflages them perfectly. Iām currently waiting for everything to dry well, then will add a 2nd coat to just a few of the more worn areas. Canāt believe how simple this process is!

I used the marine white on our boat cushions and did some minor repairs with the repair kit. They turned out beautiful!! Covered up almost all of the 30-year old stains. A little goes a long way!! I had enough to do my two leather recliners as well. They were a little too cream colored for my new decor so I rubbed on a coat of the marine white and put on a coat of the sealer, and they are perfect! It only took about 10 minutes per recliner. Easy peasy!

These are before and after photos of a faux leather couch that wore on only my husband's side, although we pretty much sat for the couch for the same amount of time. I used the dark grey RnR, 3-4 coats, after a quick clean with alcohol. I then applied a coat of Minwax soft touch and used a hair dryer to melt the wax, dabbing the excess.
Initially, after the RnR process was completed, the spots needing the most attention were quite a bit darker. The wax blended well and the color matched. Iām exceptionally pleased that I did not need to go out and replace this electric couch that was in good shape except for the wearing away of the faux leath...More
