Not only is the product AMAZING! But so is the support I received from the company! I had questions about the red chili product application and Lesandre was incredibly helpful. This product saved me thousands of dollars since I recovered my chair AND a couch and love seat rather than putting them out on the curb. Thank you Rub N Restore!

We have been trying for some time to decide between replacing our aging leather couches or restoring them. I came across the Rub n Restore web site while I was looking up leather dyes. We were not sure which color would work best for our couches and I went ahead and ordered test samples with the 4 colors we thought might work. The colors on the computer look different from the actual colors and I really recommend them, it saved time and by allowing us to order the correct color and helped us decide on whether or not to use the finishing/sealer product to get the look we liked.

I was able to refinish two full size couches in one day. I followed the instructions and cleaned the leather using rubbing alcohol. I took the smaller pieces and applied the dye in the garage. Since we were not changing colors, the dye covered in one application. by the time i was done with the six cushions, they were dry enough to apply the finish. It only took one coat of each product to achieve the desired result. I bought the largest bottles because I wanted to make sure I had enough to refinish both couches and in the end, I had about 1/4 of each bottle left over.

I did the rest of the couch in our living room. I was afraid of strong fumes and opened up all the windows to allow for adequate ventilation. The smell was not that strong to me and it was pretty much gone by the next day.

This product worked as advertised and I really recommend it. Our couches look very much like the ones already on the website of successful projects and I did not take any "before" pictures, so I am not posting any of my own.

This product works and does what is advertised. I give it my strongest recommendation!

Works very well. Does not take much material to cover nicely. Several coats on a chair is a rich luster look and still plenty left in the bottle! Definitely worth it-

Best product out there -- and trust me we have tried them ALL! We use regularly and Vinyl that gets plenty of use. We also refurbished a Louis Vuitton bag with the "Honey" shade (a perfect match). We will continue to work with Rub N'Restore.

I was totally blown away with how well this product worked. My sectional had become extremely dirty and worn from spills, dogs, and heavy use. It was pretty embarrassing hosting people at my house with my nasty couch and I was thinking about getting something new. No need this product makes it look like I have a new couch. I highly recommend this product and am already dreaming about color swapping to yellow or red down the line. I found that working the dye in with a gloved hand creating a little friction really helps work the pigment in on the bad stains on the final layer. Took about 2.5-3 hours start to finish.

The brown leather on these old chairs was in need of an update. Lesandra was so very helpful with instructions on how to do repairs then mix/apply the blended marine white and beige colors to match a fabric loveseat I already have. It took about 10 coats to go lighter. Painting around the brass nails in the trim then wiping them was time consuming-but worth the trouble. It was my first effort in dying leather-but rub n restore products are really easy to use and the videos are a huge help. So happy to make something old look new again.

This is an amazing way to save furniture and save the earth from unnecessary waste!!

This stain may seem a bit expensive at first, but it's worth every penny!
All of my friends and family are so shocked at how good it looks!
    Amazing transformation šŸ˜

Redid my faded dark green 30 yr + sofa, took two 16 oz bottles to cover my large aniline leather, then I restuffed the cushions and it’s like new, customer service was so lovely and helpful, highly recommend

Picked up two orange colored leather pieces (couch/sofa) at a thrift store, dyed them espresso color, they look amazing, everyone that sees them can't believe the transition. It took three coats (a 16 and 8oz bottle) to complete the job. I watched every video on Youtube I could find and was not sure how things were going to turn out, but finally took a chance, it was totally worth it. Now we are looking for another leather piece to restore. Super happy with the product.

It does a great job, but I think it was a HUGE mistake to use a sponge. I am an artist and have a lot of experience with paints and painting. The sponge soaked up too much product, dried on the sponge, and no matter how quickly I worked it just was bad. I even had a water spray bottle to mist it but I wasted a great deal of product, which should have been on my chair instead of my sponge. With that said, I will say the paint is a highly pigmented water base paint. When I purchased this, my impression was to RUB it on, like you would with shoe polish. I think it is much better to use a foam brush, keep several on hand because it will dry on it no matter how fast you work, although the spray bottle helped. I felt it would have turned out better if I had originally applied it like a thin paint, done small areas at a time, soak the foam brush every 15 minutes, and do several thin layers. You don't need to rub this on, you need to paint it on. I have severe carpal tunnel, so if you have this, or arthritis, then you best work in small batches with a foam brush. I even used an actual paint brush to paint around the brass tacs. It is a great product, but treat it like a paint, rather than like a leather polish that you rub into leather.

I was just going to buy replacement cushions because the white had worn off. I tried to order but with COVID, the every place I called was out of stock. I was a little hesitant because in the bottle, the Marine White almost looked like a Cream color instead of White. Turns out I absolutely LOVE the outcome. I'm going to use it on ALL of our boat cushions.
